Apps for drivers, garages and taxi drivers are with Apple, and the driver app is in testing on Google Play.
Fixaroo has been on the web until now. Native apps for each side of the marketplace have now gone to the app stores.
Fixaroo, for drivers
Describe a problem, see matched local garages, then book and pay in one place. The app also keeps track of the car itself: MOT and service dates, running costs, and the free checks that bring drivers to Fixaroo in the first place. The iPhone app is in App Review. The Android app is in testing on Google Play.
Fixaroo Garage, for the workshop
Bookings, customers and reminders, and getting paid, run from the garage's phone. The iPhone app is in App Review, and the Android version is next.
Fixaroo Taxi, for taxi and private hire drivers
Taxi and private hire drivers answer to the council as well as the DVSA. Fixaroo Taxi counts down to the council test, MOT, vehicle licence and badge renewal. It books the MOT and council test at council-approved garages, fastest slots first, and keeps running costs ready for the tax return. The iPhone app is in App Review.
All three apps share one Fixaroo account and the same map of more than 30,000 UK garages.
