In the UK, certification software is sold one trade per app, so an engineer who works across several trades pays for each one separately. Certably is one app for every trade, on one subscription, with each customer's record shared between them.
Launching with electrical
Electricians can complete BS 7671 certificates on site, from EICRs to EICs, sign them on the glass and send the PDF before leaving the property. A job calendar and recall reminders are built in, so the next inspection is booked before the last one is forgotten.
Electrical costs £99 a year or £9.99 a month. Firm plans, with a login for each engineer and a review queue for the qualifying supervisor, start at £499 a year.
What's next
Gas, PAT and fire forms are written. Before they go into the app, a competent person in each trade has to review them.
